At Noor's Jewelry, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All sales are made in-store at our Sacramento showroom.

Return Window You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable.
  • Final sale items and clearance jewelry are non-returnable.
  • Diamonds and certain high-value pieces may have special conditions.

Return Process

  1. Visit our store or contact us at (916) 767-0002 within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Provide your receipt and reason for return.
  3. Bring the item back to our showroom at 2620 El Camino Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821 for inspection.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (916) 767-0002 with photos. We will inspect the item in-store and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges We offer exchanges for eligible items in-store only, subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
