Return Window You have 14 calendar days from the date of purchase to initiate a return or exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Custom-made or engraved items are non-returnable.
- Final sale items and clearance jewelry are non-returnable.
- Diamonds and certain high-value pieces may have special conditions.
Return Process
- Visit our store or contact us at (916) 767-0002 within 14 days of purchase.
- Provide your receipt and reason for return.
- Bring the item back to our showroom at 2620 El Camino Ave, Sacramento, CA 95821 for inspection.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection and approval.
Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at (916) 767-0002 with photos. We will inspect the item in-store and offer a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Exchanges We offer exchanges for eligible items in-store only, subject to availability.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
